All lanes of I-405 in Bellevue will close in both directions for 53 hours beginning Friday, April 1.
Details:
I-405 will close in both directions between NE 8th and SR 520 from 11 pm Friday, April 1 to 4 am Monday, April 4. With nearly 450,000 vehicles traveling this route on a typical weekend, this closure is WSDOTS's biggest this construction season.
The bottom line:
Bellevue will be open for business, with local detour routes available. However, if your weekend plans do not include Bellevue, take alternate routes and plan for delays.
