Nintendo Office Building

Nintendo built and opened a new four story office building to house their American headquarters

Redmond Center Addition
Location: 15800 Redmond Way
Two new buildings for multi-tenant retail use were built. Trader Joe’s occupies the majority of the north building. The store has an interior personalized to Redmond with murals of the Sammamish River Valley, Marymoor Park, Redmond City Hall and other local landmarks. The check-out areas are named for Redmond streets such as Redmond Way, Cleveland Street and Willows Road.

Redmond Way East and West
Location: 16025 Cleveland Street & 15955 Redmond Way
This project is a mixed use development of 250 apartments and approximately 11,000 square feet of retail/commercial at street level.

Sixty Acre Park
Location: Sixty Acres Park
The Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association developed nine additional soccer fields at Sixty Acres Park in the Sammamish Valley with associated parking, stormwater and restroom facilities

DigiPen Institute of Technology
The new DigiPen campus is more than 100,000 square feet of custom designed facilities to best fit the needs of DigiPen’s students. It includes tiered-seating auditoriums, classrooms, art studios, electronic labs, a large work area for students to study and collaborate on projects, library, cafeteria with a professional kitchen, student recreation room and general store.
