The Redmond City Council adopted the North Redmond “Wedge” sub-area plan on May 19, 2009. The policies and regulations of the sub-area plan guide future development that may occur in the area bounded by Redmond-Woodinville Road on the east, 154th Place NE on the south, the Sammamish Valley floor on the west, and Redmond’s city limits on the north. Included are guidelines for site planning, vegetation preservation, street landscaping and multiple modes of transportation infrastructure.
