Redmond Center Addition

Project Description:This project is located at 15800 Redmond Way in the existing Redmond Center complex. It includes the addition of two new buildings for multi-tenant retail use. The north building is approximately 15,000 square feet in area that includes a 12,000 square feet Trader Joe’s grocery store.

Trader Joe's opened on October 9 to crowds of shoppers.  The store has an interior personalized to Redmond with murals of the Sammamish River Valley, Marymoor Park, Redmond City Hall and other local landmarks.  The check-out areas are named for Redmond streets such as Redmond Way, Cleveland Street and Willows Road.

The south building is approximately 13,000 square feet in area of multi-tenant retail space and will be completed soon.

Sixty Acre Park
