Project Description:This project consists of mixed use development of 250 apartments and approximately 11,000 square feet of retail/commercial at street level. Project and Civil plans have been approved for 16025 Cleveland Street, and construction is well underway at 15955 Redmond Way

Project Description: This project includes the addition of 2 new buildings for multi-tenant retail use. The north building is approximately 15,000 square feet in area, including a 12,000 square feet Trader Joe’s grocery store. The south building is approximately 13,000 square feet in area of multi-tenant retail space.
